The Joshua Butzke Memorial Foundation Inc. was founded in March 2018 to honor a son, brother, uncle, friend, and so much more; Joshua Butzke. We lost him in January 2018 at the age of 25 in a sky diving accident. Together with family and friends we formed this foundation to continue the charitable donations that he believed in. Josh grew up on Long Island and achieved many impressive soccer accolades there. He also contributed to scholarships at Patchogue Medford School District. In that vein, we provide events and scholarships in both locations.

We contribute funds to Alzheimer Research, Feeding Children, Smile Train, and Animal Care, just to name a few causes. We have also set up educational scholarships in both NY and MD:

• Two educational scholarships at the Broad Neck High School.

• Educational scholarships set up through in the Suffolk County Boys Soccer Coaches Association, the Comsewogue School District, and the Patchogue-Medford School District.

We run Annual Golf Outings in New York and Maryland in his name; on Mill Pond Golf Course (NY) and Renditions Golf Club (MD). Every dollar of these events fund the donations and scholarships we provide. We have been successful thus far in increasing the amounts and number of scholarships e every year.
